49ers sign RB Jeff Wilson Jr., & DE Trevis Gipson, activate LT Andre Dillard off PUP, placed RB Ameer Abdullah on IR, & waived QB Tanner Mordecai

The 49ers made a slew of roster moves today, as they’re reuniting with running back Jeff Wilson Jr. after 3 seasons with the Dolphins, on a 1-year deal, which is a much needed signing after injuries have riddled the 49ers running back room, to make room on the 90-man roster the 49ers placed running back Ameer Abdullah on injured reserve.

The 49ers also signed defensive end Trevis Gipson to a 1-year deal, while activating left tackle Andre Dillard off of active/PUP, and finally they’ve waived quarterback Tanner Mordecai.
