The 49ers placed the right of first refusal tender on restricted free agent defensive end Sam Okuayinonu, which was worth $3.52 million, but wasn’t guaranteed, but 49ers were able to get a 1-year deal done, worth much less, while giving Okuayinonu some guaranteed money, and thanks to OverTheCap.com, we have his terms.

Okuayinonu got a $500,000 signing bonus, a $1.605 million 2026 base salary, with $1.3 million of it being fully guaranteed, a $170,000 per game roster bonus, and a $25,000 workout bonus.

His cap number is below.

2026: $2,280,000 ($1.605 million base salary, $500,000 signing bonus proration, $170,000 per game roster bonus, & $25,000 workout bonus)
