49ers signing former Packers CB Nate Hobbs to a 1-year, $4.5 million deal

The 49ers are reportedly signing former Green Bay Packers cornerback Nate Hobbs to a 1-year deal, according to Jordan Schultz.

Hobbs was recently released by the Packers, so he won’t count against the NFL’s compensatory pick formula.

Compensation Update: The deal is for $4.5 million.
