The 49ers went into the Meadowlands, and beat the New York Giants 34-24 to improve to 6-3, in a game where Mac Jones went 19/24 for 235 passing yards, and 2 touchdown passes, along with 4 rushing yards on 4 carries.
Christian McCaffrey led the way on the ground with 106 rushing yards on 28 carries, along with 1 rushing touchdown, plus he had 67 receiving yards on 5 catches, including 1 receiving touchdown.
Brian Robinson Jr. had 53 rushing yards on 5 carries and a 18-yard rushing touchdown.
Jauan Jennings had 41 receiving yards on 4 catches and a 1 touchdown reception, while Kendrick Bourne had 34 receiving yards on 2 catches.
George Kittle had 32 receiving yards on 4 catches, while Skyy Moore had 1 catch for 21 receiving yards, Jordan Watkins had 19 receiving yards on 1 catch, Kyle Juszyczk had 12 receiving yards on 1 catch, and Luke Farrell had 9 receiving yards on 1 catch.
Defensive wise Tatum Bethune led the way with 16 tackles, followed by Upton Stout, & Renardo Green with 6 tackles each.
Malik Mustapha & Dee Winters each had 5 tackles, followed by Sam Okuyainonu & Ji’Ayir Brown with 4 tackles each, while Clelin Ferrell, Luke Gifford, & Kalia Davis each had 3 tackles.
Sack wise the 49ers had 2, 1 each for Okuayinonu & Ferrell.
TFL wise the 49ers had 3, 1 each for Stout, Okuayinonu & Ferrell.
PBU wise the 49ers had 4, 2 for Green, & 1 each for Brown, & Bethune.
Special teams wise Eddy Piñeiro went 2/2 on field goals with a long of 54-yards, and 1 from 33-yards, while Thomas Morstead had 2 punts for 87-yards, including landing 1 inside the 20-yard line, Skyy Moore had 2 kick returns for 51-yards, & 3 punt returns for 34-yards, and Robinson had 1 kick return for 41-yards.
