The 49ers made a few roster moves today, as they officially announced the signing of wide receiver Kendrick Bourne, along with placing tight end George Kittle on injured reserve list.
The team also waived place kicker Jake Moody, and released wide receiver Robbie Chosen, who has been on the practice squad.
