49ers announce signing of 13 players to practice squad, claimed DT Jordan Jefferson off waivers, waived NT Evan Anderson

The 49ers have announced the signing of 13 players to their practice squad, as well as claiming defensive tackle/nose tackle Jordan Jefferson off waivers from the Jaguars, and waived nose tackle Evan Anderson to make room for Jefferson.

Below are the 13 players signed to the 49ers practice squad.
