The 49ers have released their injury report for their week 10 matchup with the Los Angeles Rams this Sunday, with the following players either ruled out or questionable.

Out:

WR Ricky Pearsall (Knee)

Questionable:

QB Brock Purdy (Toe)

LG Ben Bartch (Ankle)

DE Keion White (Groin)

DT Alfred Collins (Hip)

NT Kalia Davis (Ankle)

MLB Tatum Bethune (Thigh)

WLB Dee Winters (Knee)

With Purdy questionable, but not ruled out, Mac Jones will get another start at quarterback, while Adrian Martinez will either be the #2 quarterback or the emergency 3rd quarterback, while with Pearsall out, the 49ers will go with the other 5 healthy wide receivers in Jauan Jennings, Kendrick Bourne, Demarcus Robinson, Skyy Moore, & Jordan Watkins, while Bartch is still questionable, but the 49ers will need to activate him this week as it’s been 3 weeks since they opened his 21-day practice window, so it’s likely Bartch is activated off of injured reserve tomorrow, putting him most likely at left guard Sunday, along with Trent Williams, Jake Brendel, Dominick Puni, & Colton McKivitz as starters along the offensive line, with Matt Hennessy, Spencer Burford, & Austen Pleasants as the backups.

With White questionable, the 49ers will certainly elevate Clelin Ferrell for a 2nd week in a row to go with Bryce Huff, Sam Okuayinonu, & Robert Beal Jr., if White can’t go, and it’s a good possibility that Ferrell is elevated either way, while Collins & Davis are questionable, meaning that the 49ers only have Kevin Givens, Jordan Elliott, & C.J. West healthy on the interior defensive line, meaning it’s possible that either Evan Anderson, or Sebastian Valdez will be active if Collins and/or Davis can’t go Sunday, while the 49ers would likely elevate Jalen Graham if either Bethune or Winters can’t go to go with Luke Gifford, Curtis Robinson, & Nick Martin at linebacker.

So it’s likely the 49ers elevate 2 of Ferrell, Valdez, Anderson, and Graham for Sunday’s NFC West battle with the Rams.
