The 49ers signed former Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Luke Farrell last week, and thanks to OverTheCap.com, we have his terms.

Farrell got a $4.32 million signing bonus(prorated over 5-years), a fully guaranteed $1.17 million 2025 base salary, he’s also due a $2.65 million option bonus(prorated over 5-years) due in 2026, along with a non-guaranteed $1.35 million 2026 base salary.

In 2027 Farrell has a non-guaranteed $1.69 million base salary, along with a $2.94 million option bonus(prorated over 5-years), he also has yearly $510,000 per game roster bonuses, with his 2025 per game roster bonus being fully guaranteed, & yearly $50,000 workout bonuses.

All in all, Farrell’s deal is a 3-year, $15.8 million deal, with $6 million fully guaranteed, and his cap hits are $2.594 million in 2025, $3.304 million in 2026, $4.232 million in 2027, and a $5.67 million dead money hit in 2028.
