The 49ers, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, have informed nose tackle Javon Hargrave of his impending release, which will happen on the first day of the new league year, which is March 12th.

Hargrave will leave behind a $7.355 million & $17.485 million dead money hits in 2025 & 2026 respectively, but the 49ers have made it known that they want to bring back Hargrave, but will allow him to see what his market is in free agency.
