The 49ers have released their injury report for tomorrow night’s game against the Los Angeles Rams, and they will be without left tackle Trent Williams again, while defensive end Nick Bosa is questionable, but below is the full report.
Out:
C/LG Ben Bartch (Ankle)
LT Trent Williams (Ankle)
SS Malik Mustapha (Chest & Shoulder)
Questionable:
RB Isaac Guerendo (Foot)
DE Nick Bosa (Hip & Oblique)
DT Khalil Davis (Knee)
WLB Dre Greenlaw (Achilles)
With Williams & Bartch out, the latter headed to injured reserve, the 49ers will likely suit up the following offensive lineman, Jaylon Moore, Aaron Banks, Jake Brendel, Dominick Puni, Colton McKivitz, Nick Zakelj, Spencern Burford, & Sebastian Gutierrez, as they’re the only 8 healthy offensive lineman on the teams’ 53-man roster.
While with Mustapha also out, the 49ers will go with Talanoa Hufanga, Ji’Ayir Brown, & Tashaun Gipson Sr., as they can’t elevate free safety/strong safety Jaylen Mahoney, as he’s been elevated the maximum of 3 times already this season, so the 49ers might bring in a safety to the practice squad and elevate him.
With Bosa questionable, if he doesn’t play, the 49ers will go with the same 4 edge rushers as last week, Leonard Floyd, Yetur Gross-Matos, Sam Okuayinonu, & Robert Beal Jr., while with Davis questionable, the 49ers have 4 healthy interior defensive lieman, Maliek Collins, Jordan Elliott, Evan Anderson, & Kalia Davis, so they could elevate nose tackle Nesta Jade Silvera if Davis can’t go.
As for Guerendo, if he’s unable the play, the 49ers will most definitely elevate running back Ke’Shawn Vaughn again this week, as they would have just Patrick Taylor Jr., and newcomer Israel Abinakinda healthy on the 53-man roster, while Greenlaw should be activated off of reserve/PUP, with Bartch being placed on injured reserve.
So basically, I have no idea who gets elevated this week, but with that said, I thank you for reading, and follow me on X/Twitter @49erscap, & on Blue Sky App @49erscap.bsky.social.
