Kyle Shanahan held his press conference with the media today, and we now have the 49ers injury report for their week 11 game against the Seattle Seahawks, with the 5 players listed below.

Out:

CB Charvarius Ward (Personal)

P Mitch Wishnowsky (Back)

Questionable:

TE George Kittle (Hamstring)

LT Trent Williams (Ankle)

DE Nick Bosa (Hip)

Shanahan also said that the team could IR Wishnowsky, and will activate defensive end Yetur Gross-Matos off of IR.

Now, with Ward out, the 49ers won’t need to elevate cornerback Nick McCloud, as they have 5 healthy cornerbacks on the 53, Deommodore Lenoir, Renardo Green, Isaac Yiadom, Darrell Luter Jr., & Rock Ya-Sin, while with Wishnowsky out, the 49ers will need to elevate punter Pat O’Donnell, who was signed to the teams’ practice squad this past week.

With Kittle questionable, the 49ers won’t need to elevate tight end Mason Pline, as they have 3 other healthy tight ends on the 53, Eric Saubert, Jake Tonges, & Brayden Willis, but I have a feeling Kittle will play Sunday.

With Bosa also questionable, and the 49ers set to bring Gross-Matos back off of IR, don’t expect the 49ers to elevate defensive end Alex Barrett, and as for Williams, the 49ers don’t have an offensive tackle on the practice squad, so the 49ers will go with their normal other 7 players, plus Ben Bartch if Williams can’t go.

So, obviously O’Donnell will be elevated, and that could be it, if not, the 49ers could choose to elevate McCloud for special teams purpose, plus as another veteran at cornerback.
