49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan got done with his weekly press conference, in which he announced the following players as either out or questionable for week 8 matchup with the Dallas Cowboys, this Sunday night on NBC, live from Levi’s Stadium.

Out:

WR Jauan Jennings (Hip)

DT Kevin Givens (Groin)

PK Jake Moody (Ankle)

Questionable:

WR Deebo Samuel Sr. (Wrist & Illness)

TE George Kittle (Foot)

CB Deommodore Lenoir (Illness)

FS George Odum (Knee)

With Jennings officially ruled out for week 8, the 49ers will either elevate wide receiver Trent Taylor, or hope Samuel can go, as they only have 4 healthy wide receivers right now on the 53-man roster, Ricky Pearsall, Chris Conley, Jacob Cowing, & Ronnie Bell, while with Givens out, the 49ers won’t need to elevate an interior defensive lineman, since they have 4 other healthy players, Maliek Collins, Jordan Elliott, Kalia Davis, & Evan Anderson on the 53-man roster, so there’s no need to elevate either defensive tackle/nose tackle T.Y. McGill Jr., or nose tackle Nesta Jade Silvera, while the team will for sure elevate place kicker Anders Carlson with Moody out again this week.

As for Kittle, if he misses the game, the 49ers have 3 other healthy tight ends, Eric Saubert, Jake Tonges, & Brayden Willis on the 53-man roster, so no need to elevate tight end Mason Pline, while if Lenoir misses the game, the 49ers have 5 other healthy cornerbacks on the 53-man roster, Charvarius Ward, Isaac Yiadom, Renardo Green, Rock Ya-Sin, & Darrell Luter Jr., while the 49ers would likely need to elevate free safety/strong safety Adrian Amos no matter what happens with Odom, since the team only has 2 other healthy safeties on the 53-man roster, Ji’Ayir Brown, & Malik Mustapha.

If I had to guess, I’d say Samuel, Kittle, Lenoir, & Odum play, while the 49ers elevate both Amos, & Carlson.
