The 49ers have officially placed star wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk on season-ending injured reserve, as he suffered both a torn ACL, and MCL in the 49ers loss to the Chiefs this past Sunday, while the 49ers have promoted/signed nose tackle Evan Anderson to the 53-man roster.
The team also announced that they’ve signed wide receiver Malik Turner, & left guard Dieter Eiselen to their practice squad.
