Report: 49ers signing Safety Adrian Amos to their practice squad

According to his agency on X, the 49ers are signing safety Adrian Amos to their practice squad, which means the team will need to make a roster move to release someone off the practice squad, the currently have the following players on the practice squad that have 3 or more accrued years, which teams can have a maximum of 6 on their practice squad.

RB Ke’Shawn Vaughn

WR Trent Taylor

WR Terrace Marshall Jr.

LT Chris Hubbard

DE Jonathan Garvin

DT T.Y. McGill Jr.

So the 49ers must release one of the above 6 players to make room for Amos, so we’ll see what happens when the 49ers officially announce their roster moves.
