The 49ers will be releasing defensive tackle Arik Armstead sometime this week, likely as a post June 1 cut, designated of course, which saves the 49ers around $18.039 million, while having dead money hits of $10,313,824 in 2024, & $15.547 9million in 2025, but the team won’t get the money until June 2nd.
