The 49ers have signed cornerback Nate Brooks to a 1-year deal, and to make room on the 90-man roster, the 49ers waived/injured defensive end Daelin Hayes.
If Hayes goes unclaimed, he’ll revert to the 49ers injured reserve list, where he’d likely get an injury settlement, unless it’s a season-ending injury.
