The 49ers re-signed tight end Ross Dwelley, and we now have his terms, as he signed a 1-year deal, worth $1.7 million, with $700,000 of the $1.7 million base salary being fully guaranteed, but only $1.08 million counts against the cap, thanks to the Four Year Qualifying Contract benefit deal.
