The 49ers 2023 adjusted salary cap has been set at $237,520,268, this according to ESPN’s Field Yates, which is the leagues 3rd highest adjusted salary cap, meaning the 49ers have the 3rd highest amount that they can spend on players for the 2023 season.
The NFL has finalized its year-end club adjustments, which factor in incentives, roster bonuses, carryover cap space, etc. That figure was then added to or subtracted from $224.8M to determine each team’s adjusted cap number for 2023.

I originally had projected the 49ers adjusted salary cap for 2023 to be $236,226,172, but with the additional $1,294,096, it puts the 49ers $7,492,463 under their new adjusted cap, with 49 players signed or tendered.
The 49ers will still need to do some restructures to have cap room to sign an y free agents, as they still have to decide on 3 RFAs, Colton McKivitz, Kevin Givens, & Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles.
