The (un)official site for the San Francisco 49ers Salary Cap
There was some speculation that 49ers left tackle Trent Williams would be retiring, but he’s shot that down, according to ProFootballTalk.com, he will for sure be returning in 2023.
This is a sigh of relief, as it would have been tough to replace a player of Williams’ caliber, while their other tackle, Mike McGlinchey is a free agent to be, and may not be back in 2023.
