49ers place FS Jimmie Ward, & LB Curtis Robinson on IR, re-sign TE Tyler Kroft, & DE Jordan Willis, cut RB Trey Sermon, claim a OL, & sign 13 players to their practice squad

The 49ers announced that they have placed free safety Jimmie Ward, & linebacker Curtis Robinson on short term injured reserve, while re-signing tight end Tyler Kroft, & Jordan Willis to 1-year deals.

The team also announced that they’ve waived running back Trey Sermon, claimed guard/tackle Blake Hance off waivers from the Browns, and signed the following 13 players to their practice squad.
