Jimmy Garoppolo agrees to a restructured 1-year deal, to remain a 49er for 2022, has no trade clause, & no franchise tag clause

According to TheAthletic.com, the 49ers & Jimmy Garoppolo have agreed to a 1-year deal, restructured contract, that will keep Garoppolo a 49er for the 2022 season, he gets a no trade clause, & a no franchise tag clause for the 2023 offseason.

Jimmy Garoppolo will remain a 49er in 2022.

Compensation Update:

Comp update: Jimmy Garoppolo’s one-year restructured deal is worth $6.5 million in base, fully guaranteed, per sources. He has another total of $500k in roster bonuses. He also has playtime bonuses that can boost it another nearly $9M. So, one year, $7M, up to just shy of $16M.
