According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the 49ers will be signing former Bills, Jets, & Bengals tight end Tyler Kroft to a 1-year deal.
Former Jets’ and Bills’ TE Tyler Kroft reached agreement on. A one-year deal with the SF 49ers, per his agent @MikeMcCartney7.

The 49ers will need to make a corresponding move to make room on the 90-man roster.
