According to Pro Football Network’s Aaron Wilson, 49ers tight end Ross Dwelley signed a 1-year deal, worth $1.035 million, with only $895,000 counting against the cap, $250,000 of it being fully guaranteed, along with $152,500 in NLTBE incentives for catches, yards, touchdowns, playtime, & club achievement.
