Thanks to OverTheCap.com, we now know new 49ers wide receiver/returner Ray-Ray McCloud’s contract details.

McCloud got a $1.75 million signing bonus, $1.035 million base salary for 2022, which is fully guaranteed, a $1.08 million 2023 base salary, which becomes fully guaranteed on April 1, 2023, along with a $135,000 per game roster bonus in 2023, and his APY is just $2 million a year.

His cap hits are below.

2022– $1.91 million ($1.035 million base salary, & $875,000 prorated)

2023– $2.09 million ($1.08 million base salary, $875,000 prorated, & $135,000 per game roster bonus)

The deal was reported as a 2-year, $10.4 million max value, so there must be $6.4 million in incentives in his deal, but I’m not sure at the moment what they may be.
