We have contract details for the newest 49ers cornerback Charvarius Ward.
According to Pro Football Network’s Aaron Wilson, Ward received a $12.025 million signing bonus, a fully guaranteed 2022 base salary of $1.035 million, a $13.56 million base salary in 2023, $5 million of which is fully guaranteed, the remaining $8.56 million becomes fully guaranteed on April 1, 2023, a $12.56 million 2024 base salary, along with yearly $340,000 per game roster bonuses, and yearly $100,000 workout bonuses.
He also has $500,000 incentives for Pro Bowl, 1st-team or 2nd-team All-Pro each year, making his deal a 3-year, $40.5 million base value, $42 million max value, so $13.5 million a year base APY, & $14 million a year max APY.
He also has 2 void years tacked on the end of the deal, so his deal will void after the 2024 season.
His salary cap numbers are below.
2022– $3.8 million ($1.035 million base salary, $2.405 million prorated, $340,000 per game roster bonus, & $100,000 workout bonus)
2023– $16.405 million ($13.56 million base salary, $2.405 million prorated, $340,000 per game roster bonus, & $100,000 workout bonus)
2024– $15.405 million ($12.56 million base salary, $2.405 million prorated, $340,000 per game roster bonus, & $100,000 workout bonus)
