Well, the 49ers will have a new cornerback group in 2022, as ESPN’s Adam Schefter is reporting that the 49ers have agreed to terms with Kansas City Chiefs cornerback Charvarius Ward on a 3-year deal, worth $40.5 million, with a max value of $42 million, with $26.7 million in guaranteed money.
Former Chiefs’ CB Charvarius Ward intends to sign a three-year deal worth up to $42 million including $26.7 million guaranteed with the San Francisco 49ers, his agency @UniSportsMgmt told ESPN.
