The Annual Pro Bowl was held this Sunday in Las Vegas at the Allegiant Stadium. It was the annual showdown where the best players from the AFC meet the best players from the NFC. The AFC championship pulled a 6th straight victory over the NFC, winning 41-35.
The 49ers were well presented with 7 players selected to participate: Deebo Samuel WR, Nick Bosa DE, Trent Williams LT, George Kittle TE, Kyle Juszczyk FB, Alex Mack C & Laken Tomlinson LG. Nick Bosa & Trent Williams opted not to play this year in the Pro Bowl. Kyle Juszczyk & Alex Mack were two of the 5 Captains for the NFC.
During the game, Deebo Samuel had 3 catches for 26 yards + 1 Rush for -5 yards. George Kittle had 4 catches for 43 yards and Kyle Juszczyk had 2 catches for 18 yards and a TD throw from Vikings QB, Kirk Cousins. (1st Quarter, 10:02, 1st & 10 Cousins fakes the hand off boots to the left and hits 49ers FB Kyle Juszczyk for the 14 Yard TD Pass to tie the game)
All of the 49ers seemed to have had a great time out there on the field. From Deebo’s interview, being mic’d up and his hype video, he clearly was seizing the moment. I think we call that Carpe Diem.
To all of the players that participated, thank you for an amazing season and to the 49ers, let’s get this off season started right. Rest & Recoup and we will see you all in OTAs.

I can’t speak for Wayne, but the pro bowl needs to go, a meaningless game, just glad none of our guys got hurt, but absolutely loved Deebo’s quote, I just want the ball, love him;

Can’t speak for Wayne, but yes it was nice to see our guys get recognition, Deebo I thought would get snubbed, even after Godwin’s injury.
