The 49ers went into Los Angeles, and beat the Rams in overtime 26-23 thanks to a big stop by the 49ers defense on 4th down with the Rams driving in 49ers territory.
Mac Jones started at quarterback, he went 33/49 for 342 passing yards, and 2 passing touchdowns.
Christian McCaffrey led the team in rushing with 57 rushing yards on 22 carries, while he also had 8 catches for 82 receiving yards and a 1 receiving touchdown.
Brian Robinson Jr. had 12 rushing yards on 5 carries.
Kendrick Bourne led the 49ers in receiving with 142 receiving yards on 10 catches, while Jake Tonges had 41 receiving yards on 7 catches, and 1 receiving touchdown.
Demarcus Robinson had 39 receiving yards on 3 catches, while Kyle Juszcyzk had 21 receiving yards on 3 catches.
On defense, Marques Sigle led the team with 13 tackles, followed by Fred Warner with 12 tackles, Upton Stout with 8 tackles, and Deommodore Lenoir with 5 tackles.
Luke Gifford, & Dee Winters had 4 tackles each, followed by Alfred Collins, Bryce Huff, Renardo Green, & Sam Okuayinonu each had 2 tackles.
Sack wise Huff had the 49ers lone sack, and Huff had the lone TFL for the 49ers.
PBU use, the 49ers had 5, 2 for Lenoir, and 1 each for Sigle, Green, & Yetur Gross-Matos.
Special teams wise, the Eddy Piñeiro went 4/4 on field goals, including the game winning 41-yarder, while he also had field goals from 59-yards, 37-yards, & 20-yards, while Thomas Morstead had 4 punts for 168-yards, with 2 landing inside the 20-yard line, while Skyy Moore had 3 kick returns for 55-yards, & Isaac Guerendo had 1 kick return for 18-yards.
