The 49ers amount of injuries just keep getting higher and higher, as star defensive end Nick Bosa suffered a torn ACL in yesterday’s 16-15 win over the Arizona Cardinals.
The 49ers will now have to rely on Bryce Huff, Mykel Williams, Yetur Gross-Matos, Sam Okuayinonu, & practice squaders Robert Beal Jr., & Trevis Gipson for the remainder of the 2025 season.
This injury doesn’t mean the 49ers won’t be able to compete for the NFC West crown, or anything further, but it will be tougher with one of the best edge rushers out for the remainder of the season.
Tests today showed that 49ers Pro Bowl DE Nick Bosa suffered a season-ending torn ACL during Sunday’s win over Arizona, sources tell ESPN. It’s a clean tear, but Bosa now will need season-ending surgery. pic.twitter.com/f6xdHY0iVS
