49ers sign QB Brock Purdy to a 5-year, $265 million extension

The 49ers have signed their star quarterback Brock Purdy to a 5-year, $265 million extension, with $181 million in guaranteed money, according to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero.

This deal makes Purdy one of the highest paid quarterbacks in the NFL at $53 million a year.

Congrats to Brock on this huge extension.
