The 49ers have waived former 2022 2nd-round pick defensive end Drake Jackson, after failing a physical.
Jackson’s release now makes their 2022 day 2 picks have all been released/waived in the past 2 years, leaving really only Brock Purdy as the saving grace in what would be considered a terrible draft.
