The 49ers went into Philadelphia today, and took care of business with a big victory over the Eagles, in which Brock Purdy played great, going 19/27 for 314 yards, and 4 touchdowns, 2 for Deebo Samuel, and 1 each for Brandon Aiyuk, & Jauan Jennings, and Purdy also had 2 carries for 9 yards.
Deebo had 4 catches for 116 yards, the 2 TDs, plus he had 3 carries for 22 yards, and a rushing touchdown.
Aiyuk had 5 catches for 46 yards, while Jennings had 3 catches for 44 yards, and George Kittle had 4 catches for 68 yards.
Christian McCaffrey had 17 carriers for 93 yards, and a rushing touchdown, while also having 3 catches for 40 yards.
On defense, the 49ers had 2 sacks, both by Javon Kinlaw, who had 4 tackles.
Fred Warner had 4 tackles, while Dre Greenlaw, who got ejected due to physical contact with the Eagles head of security, had 7 tackles, and Oren Burks had 5 tackles.
On the d-line, Nick Bosa had 6 tackles, Javon Hargrave had 2 tackles, and Arik Armstead had 1 tackle.
Charvarius Ward had 5 tackles, Ambry Thomas with 6 tackles, & Isaiah Oliver with 2 tackles.
Ji’Ayir Brown had 7 tackles, and Tashaun Gipson Sr. had 5 tackles.
As for TFLs, Bosa had 1, Kinlaw 2, and Kalia Davis 1.
On special teams, Jake Moody was perfect on extra points, going 6/6, while Deebo had 2 kick returns for 60 yards, as Ray-Ray McCloud III, the teams primary returner missed the game due to a rib injury, Ronnie Bell had 2 punt returns for 3 yards, and Mitch Wishnowsky had just 2 punts, averaging 47.5 yards.
Overall, the 49ers played an all around great game, offensively, defensively, on special teams, and great coaching by both Kyle Shanahan, & Steve Wilks.
