It looks like the 49ers will only be paying new edge rusher Randy Gregory a portion of the league minimum, $1.08 million, while the Denver Broncos will pay the remainder, around $10 million, while the 49ers will only pay Gregory $840,000 for 2023.

But going forward, the 49ers will have $14 million cap numbers for 2024-2026, as he’s due a $13.745 million base salary in 2024, $12.745 million base salaries in 2025 & 2026, while he has $255,000 per game roster bonuses in 2024-2026, and $1 million regular roster bonuses due in 2025 & 2026.

I now have the 49ers roughly $40.217 million under their adjusted salary cap, while in 2024, the 49ers payroll jumps to $294.5 million between 43 players signed, and dead money, putting them close to $46 million over a prokected $256 million salary cap with 51 players signed.
