According to TheAthletic’s David Lombardi, & @The 33rdTeamFB, we now know the breakdown of Sam Darnold’s incentive package.

He gets $300,000 for each game he plays 25% of the 49ers offensive snaps, and the 49ers win that game, a total of $5.1 million

He gets $1 million for playing 50% of the regular season offensive snaps, and the 49ers make the playoffs

He gets $100,000 for each playoff game he plays 50% of the offensive snaps, a total of $400,000.

All in all, he can earn $6.5 million in incentives.
