49ers trade for RB Christian McCaffrey

UPDATE: The 49ers gave up 2023 2nd, 3rd, & 4th-round picks, and a 2024 5th-round pick for McCaffrey.

According to both Adam Schefter, & Ia Rapoport, the 49ers have traded for Carolina Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey, in exchange for draft picks.
