The 49ers made a slew of roster moves ahead of their week 5 matchup with the Los Angeles Rams tonight on Thursday Night Football, as they’ve signed quarterback Adrian Martinez to the 53-man roster, while elevating wide receiver Malik Turner, & defensive end Trevis Gipson for tonight’s game.<\/p>\n
The 49ers also signed free safety\/cornerback Derrick Canteen to the practice squad, and waived defensive tackle\/nose tackle Jordan Jefferson, which was needed to make room for Martinez on the 53-man roster.<\/p>\n
