The 49ers made one roster move today, as they’ve elevated cornerback Eli Apple ahead of their week 4 matchup with the Jaguars.<\/p>\n
This move most likely means Renardo Green won’t be able to play due to a neck injury, but it also means that one of the 2 wide receivers that are questionable, Jauan Jennings, & Ricky Pearsall, will be able to play tomorrow, and it also means that Connor Colby will start at left guard for the 49ers.<\/p>\n
And since the 49ers didn’t elevate quarterback Adrian Martinez, that means Mac Jones will be the backup to Brock Purdy.<\/p>\n
