{"id":37621,"date":"2025-03-11T18:55:47","date_gmt":"2025-03-11T22:55:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/49erscap.com\/?p=37621"},"modified":"2025-03-11T19:47:39","modified_gmt":"2025-03-11T23:47:39","slug":"49ers-awarded-4-2025-nfl-compensatory-draft-picks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/49erscap.com\/index.php\/2025\/03\/11\/49ers-awarded-4-2025-nfl-compensatory-draft-picks\/","title":{"rendered":"49ers awarded 4 2025 NFL Compensatory Draft Picks"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>UPDATE<\/strong><\/span>: Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area has confirmed the picks, so those have been updated, with X\/Twitter post embedded..<\/p>\n<p>Well the NFL announced the 2025 NFL Draft Compensatory Picks, and it didn&#8217;t go the way the 49ers would have liked, instead of getting 2 4th-round picks, and a 7th-round pick, in addition to their special compensatory 3rd-round pick, they got just 1 4th-round pick, and 2 7th-round picks.<\/p>\n<p>The 49ers will have the following 11 draft picks.<\/p>\n<p>1st-Round: #11th-overall pick<\/p>\n<p>2nd-Round: #43rd-overall pick<\/p>\n<p>3rd-Round: #75th-overall pick<\/p>\n<p>3rd-Round: #100th-overall pick (Special Compensatory Pick for losing DeMeco Ryans\/Ran Carthon)<\/p>\n<p>4th-Round: #113th-overall pick<\/p>\n<p>4th-Round: #138th-overall pick (Compensatory Pick for losing Chase Young or Sam Darnold)<\/p>\n<p>5th-Round: #147th-overall pick (via Washington Commanders)<\/p>\n<p>6th-Round: #187th-overall pick<\/p>\n<p>7th-Round: #227th-overall pick (via Carolina Panthers)<\/p>\n<p>7th-Round: #249th-overall pick (Compensatory Pick for losing Charlie Woerner)<\/p>\n<p>7th-Round: #252nd-overall pick (Compensatory Pick for losing Ray-Ray McCloud III)<\/p>\n<p>Please note that the 49ers regular 4th-round, &amp; 6th-round, the Commanders 5th-round pick, &amp; Panthers 7th-round picks are estimates right now, as no one has updated their entire draft board.<\/p>\n<p>Also note that the reason the 49ers got the Panthers 7th-round pick is due to the Zane Gonzalez trade from a couple of years ago, as the 49ers &amp; Panthers agreed to swap 2025 7th-round picks.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Just in: NFL awarded compensatory draft picks today for the 2025 NFL Draft.
