2026 voidable years, if not paid, Warner’s deal will void after 2024, but I think it’s safe to say the 49ers won’t void his deal, as I highly doubt Warner’s play will decrease.

That $3.6 million buyback bonus would be paid on the 2025 cap.

Lastly, Warner will get $500,000 yearly per game roster bonuses from 2022-2026, and $100,000 yearly workout bonuses from 2022-2026.

With all of that said, below is the breakdown of Warner’s contract by year.

2021:

Cap Number: $3,363,547
Base Salary: $920,000 (Fully Guaranteed)
Prorated Bonus: $2,716,547

2022:

Cap Number: $8.146 million
Base Salary: $2.564 million ($1.58 million fully guaranteed, $984,000 guaranteed on April 1, 2022)
Prorated Bonus: $5 million
Per Game Roster Bonus: $500,000
Workout Bonus: $100,000

2023:

Cap Number: $18.525 million
Base Salary: $12.925 million ($12.016 million guaranteed on April 1, 2022)
Prorated Bonus: $5 million
Per Game Roster Bonus: $500,000
Workout Bonus: $100,000

2024:

Cap Number: $20.9 million
Base Salary: $15.3 million
Prorated Bonus: $5 million
Per Game Roster Bonus: $500,000
Workout Bonus: $100,000

2025:

Cap Number: $26.85 million
Base Salary: $17.65 million
Prorated Bonus: $5 million
Buyback Bonus: $3.6 million (Has to be picked up in 2024 to rescind the 2025 &
