        Cap Summary<\/strong>: With this roster the 49ers would have a cap commitment of $180,158,247 for the 53-man roster, 16-man practice squad, & 7 injured players, plus $15,834,866 in dead money, for a total cap commitment of $195,993,113, leaving them $16,948,701 under their 2022 adjusted cap, with the team needing to reserve between $5 million to $6 million for in season roster moves, giving the team a nice amount to carryover into 2023, between $10 million to $11 million.<\/p>\n

        Roster Summary<\/strong>: With this roster, I’d have Gipson on the practice squad so we don’t lose Brock Purdy, or Jordan Mason via waivers, and to get Ward, & McGlibnchey on short term IR I would cut Ross Dwelley & Malik Turner, then bring them back the next day on the same deals they signed earlier in the offseason, and as for Gipson, he can play a maximum of 3 games while on the practice squad.<\/p>\n
