{"id":11537,"date":"2022-05-07T13:10:44","date_gmt":"2022-05-07T17:10:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/49erscap.com\/?p=11537"},"modified":"2022-05-07T13:10:44","modified_gmt":"2022-05-07T17:10:44","slug":"an-updated-look-at-what-each-49ers-2022-nfl-draft-pick-will-get-contract-wise","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/49erscap.com\/index.php\/2022\/05\/07\/an-updated-look-at-what-each-49ers-2022-nfl-draft-pick-will-get-contract-wise\/","title":{"rendered":"An updated look at what each 49ers 2022 NFL Draft Pick will get contract wise"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>With the NFL finalizing the draft pool amounts for the 2022 NFL Draft, it\u2019s time to give an update on what the 49ers pool amount it, and for each player.<\/p>\n<p>So, I was able to get my hands on the 49ers numbers, and they will have a minimum rookie pool of $7,446,446, and a maximum pool amount of $7,519,119.<\/p>\n<p>Now the differences are that the minimum is what the 49ers draft picks can get, the maximum of course means that this if the maximum that the 49ers draft picks can cost in 2022.<\/p>\n<p>So, let\u2019s go over each pick, and what to expect from their contracts, once signed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2<sup>nd<\/sup>-Round(#61<sup>st<\/sup>)- DE Drake Jackson, USC<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4-year deal, worth $5,892,392, with a $1,465,376 signing bonus, and a 2022 cap number of $1,071,344.<\/p>\n<p>Now, Jackson could receive workout bonuses in years 2-4, based on being a 2<sup>nd<\/sup>-round pick, which could be as high as $100,000, and as low as $50,000, each year.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3<sup>rd<\/sup>-Round(#93<sup>rd<\/sup>)- RB Tyrion Davis-Price, LSU<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4-year deal, worth $5,108,546, with a $895,304 signing bonus, and a 2022 cap number of $928,826.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3<sup>rd<\/sup>-Round(#105<sup>th<\/sup>)- WR Danny Gray, SMU<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4-year deal, worth around $5,044,904, with a $849,020 signing bonus, and a 2022 cap number of $917,255.<\/p>\n<p>These 2 3<sup>rd<\/sup>-round picks are the toughest to project, as the 3<sup>rd<\/sup> round is where players have the wiggle room to negotiate on the 4<sup>th<\/sup>-years base salary.<\/p>\n<p>Each player drafted in round 1-3 have their contracts using the 25% rule, where their salary can\u2019t be more than 25% of what it was the previous year, and so on, &amp;
